Today’s picture is of a little dog called Polly-Anna. A couple of weeks ago, on the day that my gran died, my neighbour had to look after 3 little 2 week old puppies whose mom had died. At the time I was an emotional wreck, having just heard about my gran. Those little puppies provided more love and comfort than I could imagine. The owner sent this picture yesterday to show how much they have grown…it made me smile
I was rather excited to finally try out the food at the much discussed Mo•Zam•Bik this evening…but in all honesty I think the prospect of being able to enjoy proper R&R was the real reason for my excitement.
The taste of the Moz rum and raspberry brought back so many fond memories of the time Miss Gymbunny and I drove off to Ponta with 2 other friends, entering the country with no more than 2 quads and a jet ski. I think if I had closed my eyes tonight I would have been able to imagine myself siting at Fernando’s after a hard day’s riding on the quads savouring the cool, thirst quenching liquid.

Thank you so much for the goodie bag I received today:) I just said earlier this week that I don’t have a laptop bag for the little HP Folio I won the other day and then today you guys pitched up at my client’s offices with not ONLY a laptop bag but also some free Vitaminwater goodies…my co-workers were also thankful for these:P The gifts are very much appreciated:)

For the last three weeks I’ve been doggy sitting for the parentals while they went about the task of meeting and getting to know their grandson, my gorgeous nephew Baby B:)
Sally, the dog, is one of the most remarkable animals I’ve ever seen and over the years she’s literally become a part of the family. She was so beautifully behaved and I absolutely loved having her:) The parentals and Sally returned home today…my house seems so empty and quiet without her:/ So today’s picture is of my darling doggy Sally:)
I realise if anybody had to look at this afterwards they would think that I somehow missed a day in my 365. But since I haven’t actually been to bed yet it’s still 11 July in my mind.
Today’s picture not only depicts my favorite sweet of all time but also signals my parentals’ return from the States. Always good to have them back:) peanut butter M&m’s….the stuff dreams are made of:)
